The following discount codes are for member and non-member delegate registration only, and not applicable for student bookings. The discount only applies to registration.

Visa letters
If you require a letter of invitation to assist with your visa application, you must register for the conference and make payment prior to requesting one.
You can request a letter of invitation by completing this form. Please note that you cannot complete the form without your registration confirmation number.
Your letter of invitation will be sent the Friday following your request.

IET Travel Awards
The IET Travel Awards are for members travelling to conferences and events as part of their professional development. We can award grants of up to £1,500 for international travel and up to £600 for national travel.
